Our caregivers are committed to providing a personalized level of quality care services. We understand that each resident has different needs, and our caregivers and support staff emphasize relationships and communication and we are committed to providing the finest board and care home in the community.  

Dining Experience

Located near several local farms, we have fresh fruits and vegetables delivered straight to our door and served to our residents. We serve a special Sunday Brunch as well as other special meals for holidays and important events. Our healthy and delicious meals are served 3 times a day, and snacks and dessert options are also available upon request. Safety is also a big priority here at Majella Assisted Living, so that’s why all of our trained caregivers have their own SafeServe Food Handling Cards.

We offer a wide variety of activities, from gardening and arts and crafts, to everybody’s favorite: Bingo! We provide group activities for those that love being social, and  one on one activities for those that love smaller settings. We even have pet therapy for those animal lovers! Whatever your interest or hobby is, we have something for everyone.

Personalized Approach to Dementia Care

Dealing with loved ones with Dementia can be extremely challenging. That’s why we have developed a specialized program with the Abilities Care Team, integrating the interests, hobbies, and preferences of our residents into the activities we provide. We also give our residents choices in how they receive their care based on their likes and dislikes. With music and pet therapy programs set up to stimulate our resident’s sensory systems, we take a proactive approach to managing behaviors and moods.

Physician Services

As part of our advanced clinical systems, we have a regular physician who rounds on our residents in the facility several times a month. He provides face to face assessments and care for our residents without them having to travel outside the facility limiting their possible exposure to Covid-19. We also have access to his 24/7 on call support team that allows our staff to talk to a physician 24 hours a day.
